We’re all aware how important it is for us to lower our plastic footprint. Plastic usage is a big issue. With only a portion of used plastic able to be recycled, far too much plastic waste ends up in landfill, or worst still, into the sea where it starts breaking down into microplastics and affecting nature!

As well as being dangerous to animals, plastic pollution is a threat to humans too. A new study by WWF reports that an average person may ingest five grams of plastic each week (that’s approximately the same amount of plastic as used to make a credit card!) just from drinking water!
